My Story

For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of living out my calling in education—leading, teaching, and serving with purpose. From the moment I stepped into the classroom, I knew this work mattered. But it was through nearly a decade of school leadership across Pre-K through 12th grade that I discovered just how transformational strong, empowered leadership can be.

Now, I’ve taken that passion and turned it into purpose with the launch of AcceleratED AP Consulting—a company built exclusively for the assistant principal. Why? Because APs are the backbone of school leadership, and too often, they’re overlooked, overwhelmed, or under-supported.

I’ve been there. I’ve faced the 6:00 AM bus call, the urgent parent email, the lesson plan walkthrough, and the late-night school event—sometimes all in the same day. But I’ve also seen what’s possible when APs are equipped with the right tools, training, and trust. That’s why I created AcceleratED AP Consulting; to coach, support, and grow aspiring, new, and struggling APs into confident, capable leaders who create lasting change.

I bring experience, but more importantly, I bring heart. My strengths lie in instructional leadership, staff development, systems thinking, school culture, and communication—but my true gift is helping others lead with courage and clarity.
